Before contacting support to ask a question about a product, please check the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) to see if there is a known answer. You may also find an answer in the Knowledge Base.
The Community Forum is a message board for users to help each other. You are encouraged to read and post. Please speak freely and share your experiences in using our products. Your posts are not filtered, but any defamatory or inappropriate material will be removed. Corrections will be made to any factual errors. Technical issues posted to the forum will not necessarily be resolved by other users.

Chocksett Software has taken great care to make quality products. Some problems might be fixed by downloading the latest version of the software. If you do find a bug, use the Help Desk link to report it. It will be fixed as soon as possible. Please do not assume someone else will report it.
You can also use the Help Desk link to submit feature requests that you would like to see in the next product release. Feature requests will be prioritized based on your input.
